At the other Meetups we've done there are usually 5-10 people and I typically go around the table and apply the methodology from my book TRACTION (www.innovatorstraction.com) to each of their situations. This is useful to everyone in two ways. Everyone learns from watching the methodology being applied to everyone else. Everyone also gets the methodology applied to their specific situation and gets answers they can use in their careers.
