At the other Meetups we've done there are usually 5-10 people and I typically go around the table and apply the methodology from my book TRACTION (www.innovatorstraction.com) to each of their situations. This is useful to everyone in two ways. Everyone learns from watching the methodology being applied to everyone else. Everyone also gets the methodology applied to their specific situation and gets answers they can use in their careers.

This second meetup will be similar to the first. We will apply the methodology described in the book TRACTION (available for free at www.innovatorstraction.com) to sales issues facing each of those who attend. This will allow everyone to solve concrete problems they face in the real world instead of just discussing theory. We will pick a restaurant here in Palo Alto when we see how many people sign up.
