I am a member of BNI, and I totally support Shane's efforts in starting a new chapter. I am the educational for Manhattan BNI #39, and I wanted to share ideas on how to develop your 60-second commercial.

60-Second Commercial

You fill in the blanks ? here is the flow:

Sample:

My name is Tyrone Turner, and I'm affiliated with a company called TransPerfect. What we do is help attorneys save time, energy, and money. We do that through our consultative services to help develop a game plan, and a variety of services like photocopying, scanning, translations, deposition services, and virtual data rooms. I myself have 17 years of experience in the industry, and my company is a market leader - we know what we're doing.

An ideal customer for me would be someone that works at a Midtown Manhattan law firm or corporation that is a litigator or a corporate lawyer that works on mergers and acquisitions deals.

Who do you know who is a litigator or coroporate attorney that works for a Midtown Manhattan law firm or corporation?

Sample:

My name is Tyrone Turner, and what I do is help attorneys save time, energy, and money. Just last Thursday, I helped a litigator who needed Ukranian document translated for use in Germany. He also needed an interpreter because he only speaks English - not German or Ukranian. My team was able to coordinate everything and make it happen. This was huge because we were able to handle everything for this gent on very short notice.

Who do you know who might be interested in learning more about translations or interpretation services? If anyone comes to mind, please let me know.
